United Front International will provide a full refund (initial cost of the merchandise plus shipping and handling charges if any) for all returns received within 30 days.
If the item cannot be returned for any reason, it will be displayed on the said merchandise at the time of sale. Non-returnable items will include any personalized merchandise that was customized for individual customers with specific wording or images that will be difficult to resale. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with all of your return questions and we will see how best the issue can be resolved and you’re made whole. We will do our best to respond to all return email(s) within two business days. If you submit a return request on a weekend day, we will respond by the following Monday.
Merchandise cannot be returned if personalized, used, washed, or worn.
All returned merchandise must be in new condition and in the original packaging where possible.
We are following the CDC Policy regarding COVID-19 restrictions, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing your returns during this time.
Receiving Credit on Your Return
We will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned product(s) at the address provided. Please note that you will only be refunded for the initial costs paid for the merchandise including shipping if that was charged at the time of purchase. The return cost for shipping the merchandise back will be at your expense. The number of days the credit will take to post to your account will depend on your financial institution’s policy regarding credits.
If the purchase was made via PayPal, then the refund will return to the PayPal account used to purchase. This will appear as a credit in your PayPal account which you can use to make a purchase or request to withdraw it from PayPal to your bank account.
We currently do not offer exchanges. However, do reach out and let us know what the problem is and we’ll try our best to work with you. Otherwise, please return the original item for a full refund. Take a picture of the damaged area(s) and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org please include your order number. Pictures are required to process a damaged return.
